We want you to love your Briker jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with any tags attached.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.

How to start a return

Email support@briker.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
